Find that inner peace

The tranqility

and stillness

of a peaceful night time

particularly late at night

very early morning

streets

outside are still

and

everyone is in bed

I am comfortable

and cosy

snuggled up

in my duvet.

In total darkness.

The silence

is deafening

but to me

it bring joy.

I am transported

into a heavenly

state of well-being

and simple happiness.

It is like god's arms

wrapped around me

feeling  wanted

and secure

and so loved

even thou

I am

maybe alone

in the bed

The zen like euthoria

can really

make me

feel so alive

rejuvinated

and so unbelievably

content.

When in the right

state of mind.

Basically these times

are the best moments

in mylife

I cherish

and hold onto

in dark times

and good.

Everyone

needs a place

to retreat

and take shelter

and

be at one

with oneself

in total

peace.

To do

what makes

you happy

and what

makes

you feel content!

And that is

obviusly

  good for you

and not bad

of course.

For your health

And starting  today

be nice to you.

And be your

own

good friend

first and foremost.
