Being Nice & Caring, Cost Nothing..

Being nice and caring

cost nothing.

Being nasty and spiteful

breeds hate.

Being over critical of

others.

Is mean.

At the end of the day.

It reflects badly on You.

Not that other person

at all.

When you are so filled

with spite.

Just try for a moment

to be nice.

And you will receive

it back tenfold.

It's like saying.

Karma.

You reap what you sow.

And if it's bad things you do

towards others

It will come back

eventually.

And bite you

on your own fat a*s.

If not now

but eventually

it will.

As Karma and

life in general

is like that.

You get what you give

and receive what you have given.

Does actually being nasty and mean

make YOU feel better?.

Because I do not think it does.

I just personally think it makes

you suffer more alone

and builds

more resentment up

and push

you even further

away from being happy

with yourself!

You are definitely in control of what you do, and those actions affect other people... whether it's good or bad. Sometimes your actions could overshadow your intentions however. You can carry yourself to be the world's biggest jerk but you were a hero with a heart of gold all along. Also you could be the most generous person, but that's only 9in the hopes that your charity outweighs the many dark deeds done in the shadows. It doesn't cost a single thing to be nice, but don't take my generosity for weakness either.

Nothing like a bit of karma coming round Dee. Always treat others the way you would wish to be treated yourself. Primary school taught me that. Your poem, basic common sense to me, but not to everyone. Well written Dee.

I totally agree with you and I loved this piece...You are true , we reap what we sow...If we give love to others we will also get back the same...Sometimes I don't understand what people get by being rude to others...You expressed your thoughts beautifully in this poem...
