I know this sounds daft, but sometimes. When you are really upset. And hurting. Music
can help heal the spirit and the soul. And make you feel less alone. And also show you,
someone does understand and relate to how you are feeling at that present moment in time
. As I myself, when I sometimes, feel so distressed and upset. I put my headphones
on and drift off into the world of my music, I like to listen to and simply enjoy. Even if
it's sad and painfull or upbeat. It helps me feel better. Just an idea. For anyone who maybe
feels upset and alone. As is poetry. It helps to express and share your pain and woes. As well as your joys and happiness. Works both ways. Or simply do something you enjoy. That is positive and good for you. Like maybe going for a jog or even a swim.
