Simple act that goes unnoticed, until it's needed!

We take for granted

each and every human

breath. We inhale

and exhale out and out

from the very split second

when we are born.

Up until the moment

we pass away

and no more

on this planet

called earth!

We take for granted

this simple function

to aid and keep us

alive.

It's only when

you have

breathing difficulties

do you then

realize

how great

a gift

this  simple action

in itself

how priceless

it is

and we

all need

to breath

to live.
