Depression is a darkness

Depression is a thief

Depression came to our house

And never left the seat.

Depression takes hold

Depression destroys lives.

Depression can not win

and should never rule.

But easy said. But very hard

to overcome. At times. I do

know.

Little by little. Bit by bit

Depression can be defeated

and overcome. With the understanding

of the disease. And how to treat

it. We shall triumph, and overcome.

We will be happy again in our lifetime.

In our minds, hearts and souls.

Our spirits will fly free and a

soar high ones more.

Joyous of the facts we won

once more.

Never let the passing of such

darkness stain your

blight. But hold on to the

thoughts. The light

shall shine brightly yet

once more within in you out.

You are very true maasi...You know you are now actually writing a poem...I am happy with that...Depression should never enter anyone's life...And if it enters , that person should try to overcome it...It is difficult , i know but it is not impossible...
