Finding Happiness, just for one day

If I could truly be happy just for one day

that gift of genuinely pure happiness within

me.  It would be the greats gift.  I could procure

and cherish.

Not just the odd fleeting fancy of slightly upbeat

feelings. Or the odd little smile inside or out.

But those euphoric feelings. Of just being at

contented with oneself.
