I said i loved you

You asked me how much

I said i started

and just couldnt stop

I gave you the world

It was never enough...are you happy

 

I gave you laughter

I gave you that smile

I gave you memories

To last a whole life

So think about that

Now you're lonely at night...hope you're happy

 

All that i wanted

Was long conversation

You had trouble

Resisting temptation

So i gave it up

As it wasnt worth saving...i tried my best with you

 

All of those nights

That you layed in my arms

Were you ever thinking

The future is ours

I guess by the end

We grew so far apart..there was only one way out

 

You could've had everything

If you'd only realised

I was the one...What do you want ...

What a touching piece. Its really sad how love can make you give your world to someone but in return that someone wrips your world apart. I know how that all to well from my past. This was beautiful though. Keep writting!
