Don't look at me like that.
It breaks my heart to
see yours shattering.

I'd do anything,
in my power to
stop it if I could?

I promise you that.
 
I hate knowing
that you are suffering,
while I'm
rendered helpless.
I get to listen
to you scream in agony.
It pains me
to have to look away,
before,
I completely fall apart
and am even more
helpless to everyone else.
