Alone No MoreA Poem by Lulu~ForshageA poem for the stray catsAlone No More Lulu Forshage
The stray walks Alone, He's cold and wet, His fur- Contorted and Burnt- On the edges. He looks and begs as well as a Homeless man-he is a homeless man-no, Homeless cat.
He walks out into the Street. He's hungry and looks into the Windows of food places with A tired meow as to say, "Feed me a morsel for it shall hold me for time!" Does no one care for this creature?
He is pained. He is hurt. He wants his life to End. But, how can he do it?
Bright lights pass as quickly as Shooting stars. The cat waits- Timing each move Carefully. He darts out into the Street.
Cars swerve. Cars spin, Frantically. A sight not even the famous Raven writer would Want to see Happens.
Blood splatters on Cars. Cat fur flies. A small corpse lies on the ground, lifeless.
