Prioritize

Prioritize

A Poem by Chase

Time drags as dry skin on a summer slide,
yet there never seems to be enough of it.

We make light of the things we need-
like sleep, laughter, and love;
telling the world, and ourselves, that there are more important things:

Work
    Money
          Vanity unbound.

Precious little of our lives are taken in time with what each of us deems as... Worthy.

We may not have endless amounts of it,
but there is time yet-
to live.

This is a lovely write. The most beautiful things in life are priceless. We tend to pay more attention to what we want and ignore what we really need. There is a big difference between being alive and living. Again, lovely write up.
