The title is very key in this piece. It is with most of my work.. But this one especially.

"
This day is as the last has been,
and every before it    was.

It is as all that shall be forseen.

The life  of some   have been extinguished
while others  have just come   to be.

This sounds like a riddle almost. Through life we always have people that come and go, some stay, some flee forever. In in the end, life is a cycle that usually repeats itself in some form or another, depending on the situations and/or people. I really liked your carefully places word usages in this. Sometimes shorter poems are harder to write (for my personally) because I have to condense all of my thoughts carefully into a small piece; you do it well.
