No Heartbeat Necessary

No Heartbeat Necessary

A Poem by Chase
"

Just in a bad mood.

"
At times, you meet the one who
will lead you from the rope,
If only to hand you the gun.

Things are never as they seem
or as you might hope.
But thats alright.
You dont have to live.
Step off the cliff.
Pull the trigger.
Swallow the pills.

There might be something better on the other side.

Very dark, but very moving, it seems to me like this piece came straight from your heart..
I can understand as there have been times in life when I have had such thoughts and feelings. I would sometimes try to imagine what it would be like to cease to exist. A sometimes I would wonder if I after death we'd experience life again as something or someone else entirely... But I've moved on from all that and am content to let my life run its course naturally and make the most of it as much as I can.
But anyway, I like the work you do on here. Good on You.

Wow, this is a powerful piece and I'll admit, I've thought about suicide many times, but knew better not to go through with it. A lot of bullying leads to suicide and it's so heartbreaking! I always wish to help those who feel so stuck in a place like this...I hate being in such a dark place. I wish you the best.
