TwilightA Poem by Chase
There's something about this time of day
that makes life worth living for. Far off ahead the shore of trees flies an arrow of migrating geese. With wind and waves of morning past, the lake is textured, sun glint glass. Luna's moon rises over the brilliant bruising sky as down goes Apollo's chariot, waving her goodbye. The houses now are silhouettes With beauty an abundance galore. There's something about this time of day that makes life worth living for. © 2015 ChaseAuthor's Note
