Unearthly

Unearthly

A Poem by Chase

She twirls as if independent
from earth;
floating above in oscillation and
weaving through, her fingers aglow with dust
of supernatural intentions.
Isaac Newton turns idly his grave while the laws of gravity are defied,
over and again.

The lull of her body like ocean waves
which crash upon a distant shore;
simple flicks of her wrist leading into the next law defying ensemble
of grace.
She is more than human.
She is an artist.
