Behold

I can't get you out of my head.

Every thought drowns me.

No words can ever release, the pain. The longing.

Time seems to fast-forward  rewind,

As if I am the mouse in hickory, dickory, docks

Nursery rhyme.

 

I have shed many tears beyond my young years.

Hitting one too many speedbumps. 

I go way back, back to where I found true love

All the meaning to living, 

As fate crushed my day dreaming. 

 

Leave it to prophecy to tell me,

We can not have each other

Live and be a happily ever after.

After all, there's no such thing as 

Forever.

 

Disbelief & shamed to that thought.

I spite myself and all that I can be.
