You're not alone

You're not alone

A Poem by Mary Ochoa

I know you
The person you hide inside
One day you're a sunflower floating so high
Other days you can't even look at yourself in the mirror
You have this belief that you're not
Worth it
Beautiful
Smart
Strong
But honey, I know you
You are those things
And much more
Please don't let those scars drag you every time you lose a battle
You're not alone

We rarely see ourselves as others do. We are often our own worse critics. It's good to have friends who know our true worth. They are priceless when loneliness strikes.

All of us need kindness, gentle words and a listening ear. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
