Wow, this one whistles a familiar tune from yesteryears...and yes, behind those walls is lots of...let's call it, "stuff" A truer piece than what sits on the surface.
They are so easily fooled.

Your creativity is something I admire so much. I love the way you ended this, and how you started it, even.
While reading this, there was this calming effect in a way, yet it was full of anger, and maybe even a little pain.
I'm not sure if I was supposed to feel all those feelings, but all I know is, this was beautiful.
Deep poem. Well done, hun.

This is most interesting piece I've read of yours so far. Who is the enigmatic man? Is he literal, or metaphorical?
It was whilst reading the first third, I thought this was just a relationship poem: the language however as the poem further progresses is to say the least mystifying, and invites serious speculation...
There are lines in this poem which rang very close to home - "Everyday is a mission for survival/ Being brought down every moment of every day":
This is deep sentiment Mary. I recognise what your getting at.
It's published, in case your interested - The Representative (on Lulu - under the name Thomas H Cullen). That's my name, Thomas.
I make you this promise: it's the definitive political work of literature.
It's the pinnacle.

Thank you. If you do, not counting family members, you'd be the first person ever to have purchased it.
It is the pinnacle: the language, is such that any person anywhere in the world could recognise and appreciate it. Anyone, anywhere on the planet could embrace it.
It's an absolute treat.....always, years even from now, you'll be quoting it to yourself.
