TomorrowA Poem by OmarI
lie; There is strength in tomorrow’s sun But
that is just a sleeping pill To
get me to the stars Complacently Ghosts
of today Shall
burn Under
the reign of light In
the morrow’s garden As
though They
existed to begin with Tomorrow" All
things shall align In
perfect Oneness Sedatives Unbroken,
under moonlight Promises
whispered By
the Sandman That
tomorrow, Tomorrow And
nightly, nightly, When
the sheets are but A
pile of rusted parts And
junk bent and dented By
wild and thunderous Aches Lie
again, about Tomorrow If there is no Closure In today. © 2010 OmarReviews
