The Journey.

The Journey.

A Poem by Madison.

I've known places,
so many places,
I've known journeys,
so many journeys--there have been journeys
of the body, journeys
of the mind, and journeys
of the heart.
From place to place
with one journey bleeding into the other,
I have been in search of that
one
 final
destination.
From the rainy streets of Nottingham,
to the treacherous plains of the Midwest
and the awe-inspiring mountains of the Rockies
have I been in search of that place of happiness.
And along the way, inside my journeys,
pieces picked up from one place
and then another,
I have built that happiness.
On my quest to grow closer to my Lord,
I have known happiness.
The kind of happiness that runs
deep in the veins,
the kind of light that thrums
from my heart.
I have known the Journey to my God.

Everybody's striding on the strips of lonely roads passing through the white and dark lights... too many faces and their lies, too many love and then hurt...everything's been coming off the way we walking on. The date then love then hate and after hate ..again the date then love and hate .. the time circulates and we people walk onto the edges of life doing many things, No matter how worst or bad. I liked the concept and the poem you penned from your perception about Journey. Lovely Write.
