the river's promise. part II.

the river's promise. part II.

A Poem by Madison.

I am a tragic creature.

I awake in the cool, clear water.

My lungs have stopped.--

They are at rest and

my mind is alert.

My heart has stopped and

is no longer broken.

It is as stone,--

cold,

solid,

strong.

It weighs me down

into the delicious

water.

My sisters find me,

reveling in the glorious light.

I spin in ecstasy and

my laughter bubbles to the surface.

The water slips through my throat,

so calm and

refreshing.

Tragic-Creature? Really? But ..I just thought that your a 'Magnificent-Heather' ..Ah! Nevermind ..whatever you are .. thank god, you BREATHE ... "(Smiling)" .. I like the poem, you know what? Here I actually see much emotions which dealt with the misery of life which's brought to me conspired by this Tickdy-wickdy-Wicked world. Am sure, now today whenever you remind or read this poem, you'd feel emotions, some ecstasy but a little bit happiness tears cus, you know what? Some good memories of past always makes us feel how the time slips through our hands and we wake up and start making some more new memories :) I like the theme of the poem .. your amazing :)
