Chapter 1 - sneak peek

I hate this. I hate this feeling in my stomach. This twist in my guts that makes me want to either throw up or stab myself. My hands feel like they are being poked with hot needles yet they feel cold and I can't move them. Like they're not my own. A lot is going through my mind in this moment but I don’t know what exactly. It’s empty like my chest but it feels tight. I can’t breath.
