Cordless power tools are getting popular at present. Most of us prefer them for heavy duty task. Easy to use in narrow spaces and increases productivity. However, every tech-based product has some advantage and disadvantage also. Sometimes they work for you or sometimes they don’t. Here are some key points of cordless tools according to the advantages and disadvantages. Let’s see. 






CORDLESS POWER TOOL ADVANTAGES

Cordless power tools are ideal handy tools. You can freely use them whenever you want. These are lightweight, durable and easy to use. Here is some advantage of the cordless power tools:


Cordless: The main advantage of this powerful tool is that they are cordless. So you don't have to worry about cord while using them. A cordless tool allows maximum freedom to its user.  

 

Less equipment: A cordless power tools only required the cartridges or batteries for the power source. No extra cord will require and that means, hassle-free to use them. Your workplace will be less crowded and that gets the job done quickly.

 

Weight: Cordless power tools are very lightweight and provide less strain to its users.

 

 

CORDLESS POWER TOOL DISADVANTAGES

Though cordless power tools provide freedom of use and a lot of advantages. They also come with their own concerns and consideration which sometimes makes trouble while using them. Let's see some of the disadvantages of cordless power tools,


Power: If the power source becomes depleted, then the productivity of the tool will decrease. This can reduce the working efficiency. Your work can be undone if the charge of battery downs too low.


Recharge: the recharging system of this power tools is very time consuming and a bit costly. Just imagine, you are telling a client that they have to wait a few hours because the tools recharge. that’s really annoying. Besides, this isn’t the best use of an unprepared contractors time.


Capacity: cordless power models needing a lower capacity to operate. In this case, cordless power models are less effective than their corded counterparts. Those tools also lack the power for some applications, causing either manual usage or switching back to a corded model. 


While choosing a cordless power tool, it’s important to consider that those tools charge can be down while working. So if time the essence for you, then try to pick corded tools which may not run out of power quickly.


Corded tools offer durability and long hours of working capacity, either cordless tools are best for quick jobs within a short period of time. Also, it's not required the same tool to be used day and night.
