Gothic Mind

Gothic Mind

A Poem by Olivera

Fortune absence

Makes me cold.

Shallow people

Must I speak?

Holding pebbles

White and thick

Shallow fire

Does not warm.

The Truth...

Always different.

Pleasant Air

Icy breezing.

What to do?

Knowing not.

Standing silent

Graciously.

And there is nothing left…

The shallow pools of thought were never deep enough for me to really dive in and swim. The imagery and flow to this is really excellent. I enjoyed it. Great write. Keep up the good work.

interesting.

It's hard to say for sure just yet....but I think you may possess the most unique poetic style that I've seen so far. I really liked this one, the way it flows.

Like the still warm heart beating on a shallow winter's night, it speaks to the one holding it. +-+
