Inner Sanctuary

Inhaling all my sadness while exhaling deep joys

Alchemically transforming a spirit dark to lights

My very own inner sanctuary of divinity lifting

The depths within me alive, saturated with hope

Watered by an open heart, loving spirit and you

There is this part inside, pulsing life throughout

It gets turned on and off without even knowing

A memory of pain and doubt ever ebb and flows

Consistent is love, agape flowing within my life

It extends outwards in an ever increasing spiral

Engulfing everything in its path to nurture life

Sweetness, and beauty is in and throughout all

Diversity, is the exquisite and profound beauty

Beating at the core of all life, is the same spark

The differences contrasts one against the others

Highlighting all beauties found within our lives

We are all connected all people, plants, animals

I see pure love beat in and through all creatures
