impiety...

impiety...

A Poem by offbeat orator

a question of conscience, a challenge on fate, oblivious we follow, towards hell's gates -
with morality wavered and overwhelmed the righteous voice, evil is nature and no longer choice.
#absurd! conceived by blessing, and to this world born free, then enslaved by empires and charged to be;
punished is the soul unable to pay - their God sent rations denied and sold or wasted away.

a passage to visit, to experience then die, yet for immortality in life, we persist and sin to contrive -
with pirates for captains and men for their sheep, we plunder this earth stealing more than we need (greed).
#sick! a world so big yet not big enough to share, hypocrites rather pray than to action their care;
lost is the cause unable to save - the murder of this earth by mans destructive ways.
