draped over in loving cover
nestling crimped edges
as a degree stews in juices
how it ought to be
coagulating in perfect bind
to where one is golden
no struggle no strife
borne again edible
for a bite in life

Exactly :D Elis :D ...I DO SO LOVE to bake---I cook better than bake...but not too shabby---I bake cakes better than pies such as this...in fall--I must have them!!! sadly this is Just a pic :( Mine would have some decadent drizzle on top :D

Haha... ;-) it's lovely to cook, I'm a huge fan too, I do all world dishes, we can exchange recipes sure lol, I am either not so good at the Dolci's... haha that pics makes us drool on any matter, I mean, in brain, and for hunger. Haha, I didn't expect otherwise. For you never are finished to serve perfection :P

I dabble with the world a bit...very little...just touches grabbing a few favourites here and there...indeed exchange we shall!!! :D most are from here...the borders change in style drastically in the states...the northeast, the deep south, western and coastal western, even the middle has its own styles...these I know well...from everything seafood-wise preparations to signature dishes each region is unique...like little pocket countries Lol!!! (indeed Brain and hunger or hunger and brain-I'm right there with You!!!:)

That's lovely, your country is so big, it has so many different dishes, recipes, and styles, I am soon going to read a very interesting book, I will send you the title soon, for it explains how each and every American thinks, and lives and does... around each state. I'm interested in this culture and all the side thingy's. We are just here in Europe so different in each country, also with different languages, it's getting more one like having the "feeling of states" soon... but still many differences in religion, culture, food habbits, all... HAHA brain FOOD is GOOD :) with you too lol :)

Indeed please do:) diverse in it's cultures we are...having been built by immigrants we share so many touches in influence from the great nations---Europe for sure seems to be melding more...Mexico and Canada are with us as well...MAYBE in our lifetime it will be whole...we shall see...still plenty of ignorance among people keep even our own society at odds with one another...people still have racial bigotry in places and other hates in equal distaste.......on a country founded and bred by immigrants...how this truly came to be..(I know the history) I will still always be confused by whatever impetus spurred such deep hates....I Love Europe I so need many travels there...
