Fielding time
A Poem by Souladareatease
ummmmm fireworks and dew on grass
Upon air Rose and Blue set within the night on a field lay me and You The kiss of the wind blowing restless as caffeine veins seeking needles bleed the moment where I need only pinpricks of light that burst inside that touch of You leaves of trees rustle acknowledging precipice if our time is hindered so the clock slows with each pass as it is our hands that cast sacred sands within our field held tight embodied under our coloured sky my nose big and red says a Brassy tack lives it up upon the grass whereas always here it is high and fine we the tumbled two breathing deep the depths Our painted view

I think this is more than fireworks...I see between the lines to what refuses to be hidden between the beautiful imagery and the apt wording. What a metaphor for that most intimate moment, when you realize that everything is created of light and bursting stars. Very well done, my friend.
