A Naiad awaitsA Poem by Souladareatease
Upon the mossed banks sat the Naiad awaiting sun beams tickled as Faerie flittered, singing harmonious cries
Wash us down now watery sprite, we who skip in flight come to see you our wings in shimmer your thoughts well pleased sitting by Your glittery stream life giving, waters babble brook forests Glen this, our homeland nourishing hands keeping us protected from those O so dry arid sands
The Naiad smiled, lifting the stream up higher giving the moss more life upon rock, She looks as dew amidst the green
She sets awaiting finest, silken locks of hair
