![]() Forest FamilyA Poem by SouladareateaseI ran to my forest, for it is all I wish to know the eaves of the family, hollow ol' oak leaves blow gently amble my way weeps like the willow, Mother would say for nary a one, this vestige but smoke As faint decreed plants sing on a breeze where doth thou traverse this spell tis only where my head has fell to act surprised, nay they be but sullen and quiet, stung by a bee, lived in these woods the mountains my home, I have been far, mini, a Rome but always come back, shining light on. Many things pass... path par presence so within ... . . . callings I lit the candle, and put in my window for laced among curtains a purpled veil did fall, skinned velveteen skied eyes were all that was now tulle and stars flame d n e n a p r a a c a d s a k, slowly Laughing mystified, by a storms chase, alive likened light, brighten my forest as I ride the night, embraced forever humbled
