Is It A Curse?

Life.

Is it a curse,
Or is it just a phase?
I've spent hours upon hours wondering,
Thinking about if I'm somehow wrong.

How could I be?
I had no choice in the matter,
For it seems to have chosen me.

Sometimes I wonder,
"Why me, what have I done to deserve this?"
But after a nice ponder, I think to myself,
I was made this way.

If I was meant to be like this,
It's nothing I, or you, or anyone can change.
And I like it better this way.
