SeasonsA Poem by Gaige
Would you touch my soul beautiful creature?
Be bound in the string my heart's words weave My tragedy in finding you wounded I will bind the imperfection that I see Healing you with earthen hands my creed Adorned in the crest of a thorn-less rose My innocence wanes to remind me you are gone Remember me for the intentions that I am Surround and consume my fragile wind Days grow long under foreboding sun Warmth fails me as I am left absent of embrace Towards the moon I solemnly pray For beauty, so desperate, to find me again So my clear skies are once again filled with rain On the frozen path of my icy keeper So lorn and wary of purest desire How I wish to forever love her To be ever burned in her scarlet fire
