Baptism

Baptism

A Poem by Natasha Zoya
"

My fears of being baptized as a child.

"

Baptism

Mother, Father

I beg you, don’t baptize me.

If you do that means

He will watch me,

He will own me

Forever

He is like Stalin and Hitler.

Those that don’t believe

die in hell while the saved

are forced to love someone they fear.

I would rather die free and in hell

then blindly love a tyrant.
