Portrait of a Lady

Portrait of a Lady

A Poem by nyi

You pulled out my deepest secrets with your smile

Words through your lips quenching my thirst for affection

Your fragrance making me so serene and safe

The way you move just keeps my life rocking

Your blissful curves reaching out my soul

You gave birth to a word called delicacy

Every inch of your body and soul I want to treasure

Like the divine wonder of the world

All the miseries and harshness of real life that I knew

Vanished like they were mere fantasies by your touch

Cloning my happiness as abundant as grains of sand

Addictive to your glances and I'm becoming transparent

And you are rightfully the most lovely creature of all

When I started writing this, I was feeling exactly the opposite. Don't know why it turns out this way. Hope this is meaningful.

This flows beautifully with vividly descriptive images painted with your words.
