A Love Bond

Perhaps a simple love poem?

You slip into my mind and decorate my dream

Resuscitated by you and I might be redeemed

My soul seems elevated by color of your lips

I am ready to be yours and I do not mind the risk

I feel you within the squeeze of my heart

Time, places and people cannot keep us apart

When you are closed to me I could barely breathe

You color my life and heal my heart that has already been reaped

 

Without you I am like a broken window

My sole purpose is lost and my heart is filled with hollow

The thoughts of without you bring an unending pain

You are my world, my heart and my soul, if you leave me; I would never be the same

My love for you will keep battling against the transiency of life

Trust me, even if I were deceived, I will never give up the fight

I am very lucky to have found by you in this cruel world

Rescued from utter pit of loneliness and your love is most precious gift of all

Author's Note

I'm not really sure the title fits with the poem..anyway, I don't really like writing or reading about love..let's just say that this is my attempt on the matter of love. I do hope this poem is meaningful. And I feel that couple of sentences are long...but right now I don't have any idea to condense it more meaningfully..so I'll leave them just the way they are....I haven't written any poem for two months...Hope you like this piece..I think this worth at least couple of comments..Please leave any comments...say what you want to say..
