This is a piece written a few years back. Obviously directed towards the young adult crowd. In the midst of learning to block out the negativeness of the young adult social world.

And I'm living in the fast lane

Just trying to keep sane

 

People popping bottles

I'm just trying to live full throttle

 

But no one cares if it isn't about them

And all the guys only want the finest femme

 

I'm meeting sly phonies

Heck, they're just all balonie

 

And you finally come to discover

Got to make your heart like rubber

 

Life hands you affliction

Knocks you off course, off your mission

 

But determination is key

I'm going to live to life's highest degree

quite intriguing.
liked the way how generously you pen down untold vibes of unspoken heart in words so smoothly. sometimes, we don't know what to achieve in life or what else we gotta do to keep life sane, & in b/w that, we're oft. being lost in the crowd of people, with lost faith, & unchased dreams, perhaps our desire frequently gets craved to reach at the highest peak of life in that so as d least we could devour how success tastes. kinda deep imagery. tje the poetry's basically seemed 'bout lost-youth. nicely written. looking forward to reading your work!
