Before she died I would check in on my grandmother regularly.  She always had tea and cake ready for my visits. After the burial and the tears subsided, her house stood empty.  Or so I thought.  Walking down her driveway one day soon after she passed, I felt a presence watching me from the kitchen widow.  I looked up, seeing nothing but knowing she was still there in spirit. Week after week checking in on the house, I felt her there watching me.  One day, I looked up and felt nothing.  Her presence was gone.  I shed one last tear.

A very sad and touching poem. You still see her there in the spirit. Bravo............
