Insomnia

I spend my days and nights alone

With only my thoughts for company

But all they bring is panic and fear

And not an ounce of rest for me

The minutes drag on

The seconds slow down

And the people i need

Are nowhere around

They don't understand

They don't even try

They all turn their backs

And i have no clue why
