You are my home

You are my home

A Poem by Appy
"

A simple conversation shared inbetween my friend and his mum when they bought their first home inspired me.

"
You are my home

If detachment is the key to individuality
Then you are the very step I take
You alone shaped my mentality
My roots that can never be at stake

When in quest for the voices or lost in the wilderness
Your whispers drag me home
When procrastination gets me lifeless
Your imprint embraces my dome

Nothing beneath or above can disbelieve
A universe is created in a womb
I am traveler remarkably discreet

Every trance brings me brings back to you mom
As you are my home.
