Why Don't You Let Me Let You GoA Poem by Anonymous
WHy don't you let me let you go?
Un-crumbling our memories We write each other's love stories in silence My world is colorless, my pain is priceless - Because it's, too - reminding me of you. Why don't you let me let you go? Unraveling my feelings with my clothes I loved you. Now I love you more. Why don't you lie that you don't love me anymore? Why didn't you continue to pretend and to ignore? And write your letters in your diary - instead of tattooing my soul with clouded questions like Why don't you let me let you go? People are similar in that they aren't you I wish that I could make you happy - or that you would find somebody new. I know you'll come for me once more And for the first time, I will lie to you and say I let you go.
