A Visit with a Prisoner

A Visit with a Prisoner

A Poem by Hidden

Welcome into my mind.

Can you handle what you’ll find?

Dark secrets suspended in time,

The desires behind my crime.

Or will you run like the rest of them?

Fearing the evil that will stem

From this visit you have presented me with.

No, my treachery is not a myth.

Would you have been next if they hadn’t caught me?

Sad that it’s a future we’ll never get to see.

Or will we?

Excellent. Almost exactly what I feel sometimes ;)
I got shivers at the end and this poem not because of getting that feeling like I know something powerful is going on but I am not apart of it at all but instead because you write to someone who is visiting and seeing the power in you.
