A tango for one.

A tango for one.

A Poem by Lee W. Deason

The only way to confess.
The lights move across your disco struck eyes.
Make the brilliant dance to communicate how you feel to the one.

Of course the one that pointed you out...
And you star struck that one.
It is so incomprehensible that you will feel the feelings.
Of that one.
One beating with yours.
One crying into submission with yours.

A morning breaks and the mistake has taken its own action.
Of never coming to the party.
Its appearance is absent.
The empty room you stare at is only a reality.
That you cant guess about.
As to if you were there all the time.
Or if the brilliant dance was never touched or true.

Its alright the sky will still be blue.
And the rain will not burn.
As the beats beat true.
Always in your hearts silent return.
