Theres been a tragedy...

Theres been a tragedy...

A Poem by Lee W. Deason

There was a murder next door, I swear I heard it.
I will tell you everything that I heard, it sounded like a bad case of lover.

So doctor what can you do, no I am sorry I have never seen this before.
I cry no this cant be, do you see no hope.
I'll tell you what you need, you need to live because this poor girl just lost her last chance.

The culprit crept in through the hole in the corner.
She fell for him he was young, no he had no choice.
She became addicted to fallacy, he begged and pleaded for clarity.
She took his breath and said end it now, he panicked and she said I'll show you how.
This tragedy is real its behind you, I love you where her last words.
The murderer is now a whisper in your ear, the soul or sorrow for his dear.

So doctor what can you do, I have never hurt like this before.
I cry no this cant be, why has hope left me.
I'll know that I must leave, for you to live because this poor man just watched her last breath as Love died.

Very original Lee, great concept. I personally think you can round of this one a bit more so that it reads a little easier, maybe even giving your reader a little more for the imagination

But hey this is only my opinion, I really did think that this was great and you used some wonderful ideas here.
