Blockade of expression. (DSM-IV diagnoses of Writers Block.)

A Poem by Lee W. Deason

Blanks invading this battle ground.
Inserting themselves into places unwanted.
Nothing is quiet finished.
Without a kiss and seal of our mind.
Proof of its work.

Originality has come again today.
Waving its hands jumping up and down.
Held back by the fence of language.

My muse, just talk to me.
My muse, don't you part from me.

Originality has come again today.
Waving its hands jumping up and down.
Held back by the fence of language.

It looked lame to me.
Made up, something made up.
Fantasy to me, a simple dream.
A voice to my desires and thoughts.

My muse, just talk to me.
My muse, don't you part from me.
