Under The Covers

Under The Covers

A Poem by norman hale

I love you as a friend
I love you as a lover
So get over here
And slide under the covers

Now let me kiss those lips
And let me do what I do best
But, I have news for you
We won't be getting any rest

So lay down beside me
That is , if you dare
And I'll make my moves
Right then and there

Roll over and kiss me
With your gentle touch
And you'll find out quickly
How I love you so much

Should this get any hotter
Well I can't write that down
Some things should stay private
No matter how it sounds

But right here in my arms
Is where you're meant to be
So let's go for a roll
With hearts wild and free

So kiss me right here
Place one on these lips
And it will soon lead
To movements of our hips
