I Found You This Flower

I found you this flower
As I was moving along my way
Though it's nothing special
I hope it brightens your day

 

I found you this flower
Some say it's called a rose
But I wouldn't know
They smell much the same, to my nose

 

I found you this flower
Growing just down the block
It was hard to pick
It was growing under a rock

 

I found you this flower
The seed must have came from Above
But I picked it just for you
To show you some of my love

 

I found you this flower
I hope you like it really well
And you give me a hug
So that I can tell
