Miserable Light

Miserable Light

A Poem by norikiyo
"

To the Light who misses us.

"

Through the truth one shall know,

The glorious Light, who never ceases,

Loves Their children so dearly.

Children, in all excitement,

Discover the love

Which has been long prepared.

Yet they still question,

Is this really love?

Slowly, it is manifested,

The wonders of afterlife.

What happens when we die?

Well, child, you see the Light.

Says, “Come to me, love!”,

I hope you'll be able to hear it.

The Light is our Parent.

They want us to see,

That this whole time we were rich,

And abundant of our needs.

I'm sorry that we couldn't see,

You are miserable as can be.

Someday, I promise,

We will receive the love we deserve.
