the kiss of winter's night

the kiss of winter's night

A Poem by nocool

Her kiss disturbed the calm of a silent winter’s night

Where Orion’s figure looked down upon the world from the heavens we call sky

She blew a kiss

It was like a spring breeze

and off it flew into the sky among the heavens

to find and warm the lips of me

her kiss reached the cold of my soul

warmed the ice and made the emptiness and void no more

Her smile gave sparkle to the diamonds in the sky

And the breeze from the breath that launched her kiss

Gave life to a spring

Freedom was found in her eyes

Home in her arms

And a forever next to her was endless wonder of beautiful nights

This was beautiful and especially that first stanza. It was sweet and kind of sexy. I'm definitely going to read more of your poetry! Great job!
