Runaway

Nic is the he in this story. He is one of my characters. He is very insecure because he's had a rough life. He hates him self and runs away from love. He always runs into the arms of his abuser "it".

 Tears fell down his face but he was still going to do it. He was going
to runaway from his love. He is scared. Scared that his love will leave
him or that he might hurt his love. He's so scared that he wont give it a
second thought when he writes the note. Nor will he think the other way
when he kisses his loves head in the dead of night while his love is
asleep. He definitely won't think when he runs down the dark roads just
trying to get far away. He didn't want to bother them. He thought this
was best. He was so caught up in the thoughts of leaving, running, and
getting as far away as possible that he didn't realize where he was
going. He didn't care where he was going or where he would end up. He
ran past a familiar club that held a memory of him and his love. He
shook it off. Trying to forget and get away. He ran harder. Everything
and everyone in this town held a memory. He knew where he had to go to
leave this all behind. He ran through the forest in the other side of
town. He was afraid of the forest but right now all he could think about
was how fast and far he was going. All he could here was his labored
breathing and the pounding of his feet and heart. Soon this would all be
a blur. Even though he didn't want to face "it". "it" is a horrible
mysterious person that ruined him. Yet he ends up back with "it" when it
all gets so confused and he wants to forget. He keeps going till
daybreak. That's when he hides in a dark lonely cave in the forest and
fights with his wanting to go back.
