Past

Just a little poem I wrote reflecting my emotions at the time.

When I'm lost and thinking about heaven
I remember the life I was given.
The joys and sorrows,
With all the hopes of my tomorrows.
I digress back to when I was depressed with no where to go,
The future that I once held would no longer glow.
From dawn to dusk I just tried to survive.
No one could see it through my eyes.
I hope that you can forget about my past,
To make the relationship last.
Please remember the pain I went through,
The pain,
The pain that brought me to you.
