Strong

The way I see strength

Isn't by how much time someone spends in the gym

But by how much they've been through

And what they've survived

If someone needed help

And stuck it out to get some

Those who have been through hell

But marched out standing tall

Those who hit rock bottom

And realized the only other way to go

Is up

That's what I think truly makes someone strong
